About Neha
My fascination with engineering began with a curiosity about how structures, machines, and systems function, and how they can be optimised to solve real-world problems. Over ten years, I have combined formal study, practical experience, and teaching to cultivate expertise in multiple engineering disciplines. Teaching allows me to inspire students to think critically, apply knowledge creatively, and develop problem-solving confidence, which I find deeply rewarding. I approach teaching with empathy, patience, and adaptability, understanding that each student has a unique learning style. Lessons combine structured guidance, hands-on exercises, and real-world examples to reinforce understanding while encouraging innovation. I emphasise logical reasoning, creative thinking, and perseverance, helping students gain both skill and confidence. Outside the classroom, I actively engage with emerging technologies, sustainable engineering practices, and innovative design methodologies. I also participate in workshops, collaborate on engineering projects, and stay updated with industry developments to provide students with relevant and inspiring lessons. For me, engineering is more than a profession—it is a mindset, and helping students adopt this mindset is my greatest fulfilment and lifelong purpose.

In my lessons, I emphasise conceptual understanding alongside real-world application, helping students connect theory to tangible solutions. I foster an encouraging environment where questions, experimentation, and critical thinking are integral parts of learning. Each session builds technical competence, analytical skills, and creative problem-solving ability, preparing learners to tackle challenges confidently and innovatively. Beginners explore foundational concepts such as forces, motion, energy, materials, and basic design principles. Intermediate students apply mathematics and physics to solve structured problems and small design projects. Advanced learners focus on mechanics, circuits, structural analysis, and comprehensive design methodologies. Assignments, hands-on exercises, and exam guidance are integrated to ensure both conceptual understanding and practical application. Engineering helps students develop analytical reasoning, creativity, and resilience. They learn to approach problems systematically, evaluate multiple solutions, and implement designs with confidence. My goal is to nurture independent thinkers capable of applying engineering principles in academic and real-world contexts.
