I am an Engineer. I have completed my Bachelor's recently in Electronics and Communication Engineering from University of Kashmir. My field of expertise is Networking and Security. I have been interested in teaching for a very long time as I felt we can do a better job in teaching our young ones than our teachers did with us.

My methodology is based on Interactive/Participative methods and also more content focused. Although I feel having a strategy for teaching is important, I strongly believe in differing approaches when it comes to a group of students as each has a different capacity of learning. Hence, my teaching style varies and depends not only on the subject but on the students. I also believe in active participation of students in discussions and feedback after a lecture. The scheme, according to me, should be a good fluent lecture followed by a session of interaction involving discussion on the topic where the students can express what has been learnt and also understand the WHY and HOW through questioning.
