About Monica
Hi! My name is Monica and I'm at 2017 high school graduate. I studied Maths Extension 2, Maths Extension 1, Chemistry, PDHPE and English Advanced for my HSC, obtaining a mark of 96 for my maths courses.
I'm looking to tutor students in Mathematics for all levels up to Mathematics Extension 1, as I'm passionate about solving problems. Being a maths tutor gives me the opportunity to help students and contribute to their educational success - seeing them excel and grow is incredibly rewarding.

* Resources and comprehensive notes focussing on syllabus dot points will be provided for students
* Lessons will range from 1.5 - 2 hrs (flexible depending on student and year level - teaching all year levels)
Lessons will consist of
* going through homework (HW) questions which students may have from previous weeks
* theory for each topic
* explained examples
* time for students to complete questions in class & ask questions
* HW questions
* class exams every few weeks
* Open to online tutoring/in person
I have had a year of experience as a tutor for both one on one lessons and classes, teaching K-Yr 6 in Maths, English, Writing and General Ability, and Yr7-12 for Maths - for all levels up to Maths Extension 1.
