Flexibility and sharing are the strategy of my class. I encourage sharing about academic stresses and difficulties faced. Every person is different and so, I attentively listen to my students to develop solving plans. This makes me particularly special when I not only educate students but also provide supporting thoughts from parents' point of view.
Typically my classes are either one-on-one or a small group. I review last class topic briefly in every new session which helps to refresh knowledge. I respect personal space of every person and hence, I control such behavior strongly in class.
