About Junior
I am a computer analyst and professional programmer. I have an Honors Bachelor of Science with a specialization in Physics with strong computer skills in computer programming. I have been in higher education for a good number of years already with a lot of research expertise in various research fields with an emphasis in the fields of clean and renewable energies, social & environmental management and sustainable development, with several research publications.

My teaching methodology is based on finding simple words to explain new concepts and this is supported by illustrations that allows students to grasp the concepts before getting to identifying them as formulas. Then a formula is explain more ore less depending on its complexity not to bring fatigue in the brain. I then reinforce the grasping of concept by giving exercises while lecturing and engaging into solving them. Another aspect I like to emphasis about is the discuss interaction when introducing a concept. I also bring in laughter and positive antagonism in opinion to have the audience hooked up.
