I think because whatever he do, do with all of his dedication and gives our 100 percent on that particular work. so that's why i thinks he is a best teacher.

And the students who studied from him are doing well in their classes..their grades improved drastically
His teaching behaviour is quite friendly,he don't treat student like a student but he treat them as a friend so by depicting his friendly behaviour it becomes easy for a student to understand things,he make things understand in better way and in very simple language which is easily understood
Lastly he is very calm which is the best quality of a teacher
