About Mihir
Hi, I’m Mihir — a freelance Math tutor with a passion for making numbers feel less scary and more exciting! I’ve consistently excelled in academics, especially in Math, right from school through 12th grade. My goal as a tutor is simple: help students truly understand concepts rather than just memorize formulas. I specialize in teaching school students (Classes 8 to 12, across CBSE, ICSE, and State Boards), and also help beginners in college-level Math build a strong foundation.

As a freelance Maths tutor, my teaching approach is simple: build strong fundamentals, explain concepts visually and practically, and keep things interactive to ensure retention.
️ Teaching Techniques and Methods:
I use a combination of real-life examples, visual aids (diagrams, graphs), and step-by-step problem-solving to make even tough topics feel easy. I tailor my method to the student — if they’re more intuitive, I focus on concepts; if they’re analytical, we dive into formulas and logic.
️ Class Structure:
Each class begins with a 5-minute recap of previous lessons, followed by concept explanation using real problems, and ends with doubt-solving and quick revision. For board exam students, I also include time-bound mock problems to improve speed and accuracy.

I focus on how to think, not just what to write.
I make sure students are comfortable enough to ask anything — zero judgment zone.
️ Target Audience:
