CANCELLATION POLICY: 1. TUTOR CANCELLING: if the lesson is cancelled by me (the tutor), we will either reschedule it for a different date and time, or refund the client (full amount) for that lesson if we can't reschedule. 2. CLIENT CANCELLING: 2.1. the client can inform me if they want to cancel the lesson, and we'll agree on the rescheduling of that cancelled lesson. 2.2. If the client wants to cancel lesson/s (even those that are purchased upfront) and they want a refund, they must inform me at-least 1 day (24 hrs) before the actual lesson.
