About Ananya
I'm a 3rd-year Computer Science student. I successfully completed the All India Senior School Certificate Examination conducted by CBSE in the year 2020. I scored 94/100 in mathematics in my 12th grade and 96/100 in my 10th grade. My aggregate percentage was 90.4 in the science stream (non-medical) which Includes Math, English, Physics, Chemistry and Computer Science. I believe that teacher's impact extends far beyond the classroom. I want to become a mentor on this platform to contribute to my community in a meaningful way and teaching is one of the most direct ways to make an impact, especially when I am driven by the desire to help those around me.

As I'll be teaching primary and middle school students I believe that maths consists of a lot of technical concepts and to tackle these concepts I'll first try to understand their understanding of that particular concept and move from there. Maths can be sometimes boring if a lot of theory gets involved so I'll try to explain the complicated things with the help of figures to make it more interesting and fun!
Maths also requires a lot of practice so I will try to give some good homework questions so that the student practices them and then in the next class I will discuss the solutions with the student and will ensure that the student has complete knowledge of the topic.
I'll also try to incorporate some math games to make the lesson interesting and it will also encourage students to remember the concepts.
