As a teaching assistant I have gained a lot of experience explaining difficult concepts to others. I would first introduce the concepts and explain them. I would then get direct application of the concepts through practice problems and then we would go over the ones that they got wrong and explain them in depth. I have patience with everyone I interact with and I understand how difficult some concepts can be for people.
