About Evan
I make math clear and approachable by breaking problems into simple steps and using examples that connect to real life. I focus on understanding, not memorization, and guide students patiently until they feel confident.
Lessons usually start with a quick review, followed by guided practice, independent problem-solving, and a summary of key points.
I work with middle and high school students who want help with algebra, geometry, or exam prep. My goal is to make math less stressful, more understandable, and give students the tools to succeed on their own.

I focus on breaking math down step by step so it’s easy to understand. I start by identifying exactly where a student is getting stuck, then guide them through examples at their pace. I like to use visual aids, simple analogies, and real-world examples to make concepts stick. I encourage active participation, asking students to try problems themselves while I provide support and corrections.
