About Owen
Currently in my junior year of studying mechanical engineering. Succeeding academically is my main priority, and I keep myself balanced with my hobbies. Historically, my main challenges have been remaining organized and focused, so I use strategies that help me stay on track. Sharing these strategies with others is something I find fulfilling, and I greatly enjoy seeing a difficult concept click into place for my students.

My approach to tutoring focuses on strengthening comprehension of difficult concepts through teaching, dialogue, and example problems. I aim to build confidence by breaking complex problems down into smaller parts, and ensuring that my students have a clear understanding of the basic concepts and skills that anchor a subject. I aim to start with basic concepts if possible or to meet students where they are by assisting with the problems they find most challenging.
