About Vamshi Kashyap
Im Vamshi currently pursuing my engineering. During lockdown my weight was 87kgs I faced a lot of taunts and teasing from my friends nd many others. SoI decided to utilise the lockdown with workouts and my personal diet plans whichItried on myself andI was successful to loose 10 kgs in 3 months. so utilise the time available nd rock later!!!!
