About Julian
My fascination with engineering began during my Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, where I became passionate about understanding how systems work and designing solutions for real-world challenges. Over the past 7 years, I have guided students in developing both foundational and advanced engineering skills. I focus on clarity, structured problem-solving, and practical application, helping learners transform theoretical concepts into real-world understanding. My teaching emphasizes patience, adaptability, and step-by-step guidance, making engineering accessible and engaging for all levels.
I design lessons that combine explanations, hands-on exercises, and project-based learning, ensuring students actively participate and develop confidence in their abilities. I encourage independent thinking, experimentation, and problem-solving, fostering an environment where curiosity and creativity thrive. By tailoring lessons to each learner’s pace, I help students grasp complex topics while building competence and self-assurance.
Outside of teaching, I continue to explore engineering projects, innovative designs, and technological developments. This ongoing engagement allows me to bring fresh insights and practical examples into my lessons. Teaching engineering is profoundly rewarding because I witness students grow from uncertainty to confident problem-solvers, capable of applying knowledge creatively and independently. Seeing learners develop analytical thinking, technical skill, and curiosity motivates me to continuously improve my teaching methods and inspire the next generation of engineers.

Engineering becomes more approachable when students understand the principles behind practical applications. My lessons cover fundamental and applied concepts in mechanics, thermodynamics, materials, structural analysis, and problem-solving strategies. I focus on creating clear, structured explanations that make complex ideas easier to grasp. Lessons are designed to foster critical thinking, analytical skills, and hands-on understanding, allowing students to connect theory with real-world engineering scenarios.
Intermediate learners explore detailed problem-solving approaches, design applications, and experimental techniques. Advanced learners work on applied projects, simulations, and design challenges, emphasizing technical accuracy, efficiency, and innovation. Each session combines theory, practical examples, and guided exercises to reinforce understanding and build confidence in tackling engineering problems independently.
Engineering lessons help students develop problem-solving abilities, technical reasoning, and innovative thinking that extend beyond academics. Students gain the confidence to analyze challenges, implement solutions, and understand how engineering shapes the world around them. Over time, learners cultivate creativity, precision, and logical thinking. My mission is to equip students with both the knowledge and mindset to approach engineering problems thoughtfully, develop practical skills, and foster curiosity and independence, preparing them for higher education or professional success.
