About Ollie
Hello, I'm Ollie and I am currently in my first year of mechanical engineering at the University of Bath. I have a strong mathematical background, achieving 4 A*s in maths, further maths, physics and computer science. I have plenty of experience helping classmates and family members, as well as learning from my own mistakes, allowing me to understand the best ways to learn concepts quickly. Therefore, I’m confident that I can guide any student to achieve a grade they are proud of.

Having done the curriculum a few years ago, I want to help GCSE maths students excel in their exams by providing 1hr tutorials to go through problems, answer questions, and improve their understanding. I aim to make maths as fun as possible, by including more intuitive real-world examples in lessons.
I am patient, and enjoy problem solving, so I’m well geared towards guiding students through questions, whilst giving them time to think for themselves and letting them work at their own pace. There is no such thing as being born with the ability to do maths, so I hope to give students self-belief that their hard work will pay off!
