About Лера

Hi, my name is Valeriia, and I’ve been where you are – sitting in a classroom, wondering why I need to learn this stuff and what use it’ll have in the real world. Here’s the thing: I’m not going to pretend I loved every subject back then or that school was always fun. But what got me into teaching is that I realized how much of a difference it makes when someone truly helps you understand something. I want to teach because I’ve seen how knowledge, when it clicks, can give you confidence and open doors you didn’t even know existed. I’m here because I believe that anyone can learn – it’s just about finding the right way to explain it. And maybe, along the way, I can help you find something you’re good at or even passionate about. I’m not going to lie: some days this might feel tough, and I’ll push you a bit. But my goal is to help you leave here knowing more than you did when you came in, and maybe even a little better prepared for whatever comes next.

About the lesson

I teach children and adults, I will help with homework, provide language practice during live communication, and eliminate gaps in knowledge. Also I explain grammar easily and clearly, create a program individually for everyone. My method of teaching involves problem-based learning, where students can see the application of what they’re learning.

The first lesson is free, to allow you to see if tutoring with me is a good fit for you. In the first lesson we will do a diagnostic to find your level, and give an introduction to the Russian language.
