About João
I am a systems analyst and English is directly involved with my work. Every day I talk to suppliers about how we can help with the solutions we use and even get new products, all in English. And that's how I began to teach English: two of my co-workers had a problem with the tool they used, so they had to open a support call with the US team. They were having communication difficulties and they ended up calling me to help. After the meeting one of them asked me to give him some lessons and since then I have not stopped.

I studied English for six years and acquired my knowledge in an efficient way, which is what I rely on to teach. The classes are divided into theoretical (verbs, vocabulary, grammar, writing and reading) and conversation. I usually accept themes from texts, even books and stories suggested by the students in relation to their area of interest, be it IT, Economy, Administration or health area, so it becomes easier to interact and learn.
