About Aryanne

My name is Aryanne Rivard and I am 28 years old. I am a young woman born in Canada who dreams, speaks and works in English. Currently working as a student in a customer service position, I regularly use the English language to communicate with my customers. English is an integral part of my daily life and even of my way of life. During my four years in Belgium, I noticed that the use of English was minimal or not sufficiently acquired and several people asked me to help them. I therefore want to share my experience and my skills, whether with young students or young professionals.

I am someone who adapts easily and who has a good pedagogy. My goal is for you to love English and incorporate it into your daily life. I set (SMART) objectives with you (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, feasible (réalisable: FR) and Time-bound), in order to obtain results that look like you and above all without getting discouraged.

About the lesson

Would you like to learn English while on vacation? Would you like to improve your comprehension, your pronunciation, your vocabulary and your expressions? Whether you are young or professional, I can help you. I start the lessons based on level A1 and increase the difficulty according to your skills.

- I will use the basis of your classes (if you need to achieve a class goal)
- Documents and exercises.
- watching/listening to television series or podcasts is an effective way to associate exercises with real situations. In addition, it helps in general understanding of vocabulary.

I have over 15 years of learning English. Travels to my credit, but above all, I was born in a bilingual English-speaking country. I am a graduate of the Master of Criminology from the University of Liège and a social worker in Canada. I am also finishing my equivalence as a social worker at the Haute École in Liège.

Rates: 20€/hour.

Availability: Monday to Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. from June 2022. (Personal or remote: at your convenience.)
