About Jacob
I am a licensed English Language Arts educator, as well as a published author. I have worked with students of all ages, educational backgrounds, and in rural/urban settings. I have worked as a tutor before. I have also worked with multiple students who were failing their Language Arts class, and by the end of the semester, they were all able to graduate.

My teaching method is rooted in John Dewey's approach to education. I believe there is not a single topic that is too difficult for a student to master, as long as it taught age appropriately. When I teach literature, I place a heavy focus on studying history, because history influences the works published from particular eras.
