About Tahere
I am an English coach specializing in hospitality and hotel communication, with over 20 years of professional experience working in hotels, including Mozafar Hotel in Iran. Throughout my career, I have worked closely with international guests, front desk operations, reservations, and daily hotel communication. This hands-on experience allows me to teach real English used in hotels, not textbook language. In addition to my professional background, I am a PhD candidate in TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) and hold an MA in Tourism. This combination of academic training and industry experience helps me design lessons that are both practical and pedagogically sound. My lessons focus on: Professional guest interaction Check-in and check-out conversations Handling complaints politely and confidently Phone calls, reservations, and professional emails I believe confidence comes from practice, so my classes are role-based, interactive, and tailored to your specific job role.
