About Aashna

I’m a passionate English and French tutor, based in New Delhi, India, with 9 years of experience. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work (online and offline) with learners of different ages, backgrounds and learning styles. I especially enjoy working with children and young students because I love their curiosity, energy and the wonderful interactions that happen during a lesson. I also enjoy teaching adults and helping them achieve personal, academic or professional language goals.

I hold a B2 qualification in French and also specialize in IELTS preparation. I believe that every student learns differently, which is why I always try to make my lessons encouraging, comfortable and personalized rather than following a one-size-fits-all approach.

Teaching, for me, is not just about completing a syllabus. It is about building a connection with the student, understanding what they need and celebrating their progress along the way.

I would love to connect with students from around the world, learn about different cultures and be part of their language-learning journey. About the lesson

My lessons are personalized, practical and engaging, with 9 years of teaching experience and a strong focus on helping students build real confidence and measurable progress.

**French A1–B1:** From complete beginners to intermediate learners, I cover grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation, conversation, reading, writing and practical everyday French. Lessons are structured according to your level, goals and pace, with plenty of speaking and real-life practice.

**IELTS Preparation:** I help students prepare for Listening, Reading, Writing and Speaking with focused exam strategies, practice, personalized feedback, vocabulary, grammar and time-management techniques. Lessons can be tailored to your target band score and exam timeline.

Whether you're starting French from scratch, progressing towards B1, or preparing for IELTS, my aim is to make every lesson clear, interactive and comfortable while helping you become a more confident communicator.
