About Hannan

I have done BE in mechanical engineer,Iam doing job for the leading prestressing company whose name is Dynamic Prestress (I) Pvt ltd.I have to do multitasking in my company like checking the quality of the product by various machines like profile projector,microvickers hardness tester,brinell hardness tester etc,production planning & control, handling the client regarding prestressing issues,hamdling the ISO audits,training the site engineer.Inmpany there are many people of different ages joined infront of me and there are also many people who joined first time but the thing is they never felt judgementalinfront of me.The best quality of teacher is to come on the same mental level as the student.No matter how much you are talented you have to keep your place at the student position and also have to make them comfortable with you.I hope that i have this quality,I also taught many young kids of class 9th& 10th who barely speak but they started to openup slowly with me and later on they learned things faster as well.Iam not saying that it is only because of me because each and every kid has some special skill given by god but criticism does not allow to polish that skills so teachers job is to realise their skills which are given by god.

About the lesson

My teaching methodology is so simple.when I teach I teach very deeply and always accept the approach which students founds interesting and more involved.Just writing on the blackboard and giving lecture makes students bored so humour is also a thing which you should try on the right time.I also make them students on the comfort level, anybody can asked me 1 thing 100 times and I will answer that same thing 100 times.Nobody should have to feel that if they are asking its makes them stupid.It is the biggest problem in our generation which are restricting us to grow.I can not only teach basic engineering subjects but also I can teach many things like English,yoga& meditation, personality development.
