Hi! I’m Earl, and I’m excited to help you become more confident and comfortable using English.

I have several years of professional experience working in customer service, sales, account management, and operations, where I regularly communicate with international clients and teams. These experiences have taught me that knowing English is more than just understanding grammar—it’s about being able to express your thoughts clearly, understand others, and feel confident in real conversations.

As a tutor, I want my lessons to feel comfortable, practical, and personalized to you. Whether you’re looking to improve your everyday conversation, pronunciation, vocabulary, grammar, or professional communication, I’ll adjust our lessons based on your goals and current level. I also believe that making mistakes is a natural and important part of learning, so you can expect a supportive environment where you can practice without feeling pressured.

About the lesson

My approach to teaching English is practical, relaxed, and focused on building confidence. I believe students learn best when they are comfortable making mistakes and encouraged to communicate naturally. Rather than focusing only on memorizing grammar rules, I use real-life conversations, role-playing, questions, examples, and guided exercises to help students use English in situations they are likely to encounter.

A typical lesson starts with a short conversation or warm-up to understand the student’s current level and identify areas they need to improve. We then focus on one specific skill, such as speaking, vocabulary, pronunciation, grammar, or sentence construction. After introducing the topic, I provide examples and practice with the student through conversation and exercises. I finish the lesson with feedback, corrections, and a short review of what we learned, along with simple practice they can do before the next session.

What sets me apart is my real-world experience using English professionally. I have worked in customer service, account management, sales, and operations, regularly communicating with international clients and teams. Because of this, I can help students not only learn English, but also understand how to communicate clearly, naturally, and professionally.

My lessons are suitable for beginners to intermediate and advanced learners, including students, working professionals, and anyone who wants to improve their everyday conversational English. I can also tailor lessons for learners preparing for interviews, workplace communication, customer service, presentations, or simply becoming more confident speaking English.
