About Julieta
University student of English Translation with advanced knowledge of English and Spanish Grammar and Linguistics. Level C2 Cambridge Proficiency. I was a 2-level English teacher at the Wallace Academy in Argentina, I gave English classes in a private way to children and adults and I do translations for companies and individuals. I was the official translator and interpreter from Spanish to English of the participation regulations of the Prix de Lausanne institution in Switzerland for 10 years. I have been an official interpreter of the Danzamerica Organization in Argentina for 20 years during which I was interpreter of the scouts of the CIrque du Soleil, Prix de Lausanne, Miami City Ballet, Houston City Ballet and John Neumaier Ballet Schule de Hamburg.

Each student has a particular need, I develop the class plan according to their level, need and evolution. I try to speak English as a whole class to introduce the student to an environment of immersion with the language. I am interested in the adult learning through reasoning and familiarization with its natural structures, the way the language conceptualizes reality unlike Spanish, understanding its grammar in a conscious and relaxed way, so that the student can gradually learn to think in English. It matters to me that the student acquires concepts through the association of concepts, the association of vocabulary with situations of use, studying the language in context by themes and interests. I implement official textbooks according to the CEFR level and, at the same time, play activities, visualization and association, memory, filling in spaces, I use songs and extracts from English or US TV series or movies to associate idiomatic and natural phrases of the language. In children, at the school level, I am guided by what is seen in their school and I reinforce it with exercises and practice, I use images, flashcards, group games, facial expression and mimicry, everyday and playful elements, songs so that they learn the language without getting bored and creatively.
