About Virginia Lee

I have been an ESL tutor for 7 years. I studied TESOL at university and have experience tutoring in both the US and overseas. I enjoy helping my students in a no-pressure environment. The greatest reward is to see my students breaking their barriers and successfully interacting in English!

About the lesson

My approach is based on how children learn their first language, but with adults! First, we learn to listen and comprehend native speech - the basis for all language ability. Then, we learn to communicate with native speakers. It's not about perfection - it's about learning to successfully interact in the English language.
