I would describe my teaching style as pragmatic and open. My philosophy centers on making music relevant to my students. Therefore, I'm open to teaching a wide variety of musical genres ranging from the Classics to pop to modern e.g., movies and popular animation soundtracks (Studio Ghibli) etc. With my experience, I can tailor teaching syllabus that caters to my student's motivation and ability. Simply put, my ultimate goal is to help my students enjoy and appreciate music through piano, and also to improve their skill set for note reading, score deciphering and deepening their knowledge base of the style that they relate to
