About Clàudia
I'm Claudia. I've been interested in languages since I was very young and I was fascinated by the fact that I could express myself in a language other than my own. This led me to study English Philology, so that I could share my passion for learning languages. After all, English is one of the most widely spoken languages on the planet. If we think about it, knowing how to communicate in this language opens the door to an infinite number of new people, experiences and opportunities.
I have been teaching English for 10 years, both privately and in academies for preparing for official exams and Business English, and also in public and subsidized education as a Secondary, Baccalaureate and Official Language School teacher.

My teaching methods are tailored to the needs, level and goals of the student. Through a questionnaire that is completed at the beginning of the course, where the student explains their needs (reviewing the English taught at school, practicing conversation, studying for the Cambridge FCE, etc.), prior knowledge of the language, priorities and preferences, I design the course to suit.
For example, for an FCE preparation class, we would start by breaking the ice with a bit of conversation related to the topic to be worked on that day, followed by the introduction and/or review of the different areas of the language necessary to complete the exam exercises, as well as practicing them.
My classes are aimed at those looking for:
- Improve their level of English (levels A1 to C2)
- Review of the contents taught in ESO or high school
- Preparation for official Cambridge exams (KET, PET, FCE, CAE and CPE)
- Practice conversation (this includes vocabulary, phonetics and conversation strategies)
- English for specific purposes (business, academic, etc.)
- Improved diction and accent
I am a teacher committed to my students' learning and my desire is to transmit this knowledge in a direct, concise manner and following the method that best suits the pedagogical needs of each person.
