About Claudia

Hello, thank you for coming here.

I'm Claudia, an English teacher from UMCE and Master of Integral English from the Instituto Chileno Norteamericano de Cultura. I have taught for more than 15 years in Chile and Argentina in elementary and middle schools and I have also worked in multinational companies as a translator and interpreter for several highly specialized projects. I have an excellent command of legal, medical, mechanical, administrative, tourism and financial terminology. I have also held several important and administrative positions.
I have taught English to Chilean residents and workers in the business and tourism fields in order to perform their duties with greater professionalism.

In addition to being a native Spanish speaker, I have formal studies in Spanish, which has allowed me to teach Spanish to foreign residents and executives who need to settle in Chile.

I can adapt the teaching to each particular requirement; reinforce or explain formal academic teaching in schools and universities, prepare specific tests and exams, support and guide in conversational English or Spanish for travel or interviews, teach technical or specific English or Spanish for a particular area of work. As a native Spanish speaker I can teach foreign residents who need a better use of the local language. I have degrees in English, business writing, grammar, Spanish, literature and Latin.

Hello, I am Claudia, a native Spanish speaker, I have formal studies in Spanish language, literature and Latin; I am an English teacher from UMCE and Master of Integral English from the Chilean-North American Institute of Culture.

I have taught Spanish and English for more than 15 years in Chile and Argentina, in elementary and middle schools and also individual and group classes for residents and foreign workers.

I offer Spanish reinforcement classes if you want to improve your command of the language whether for work, job interviews, travel, tourism or just for your daily life.

You will learn through practical exercises, conversation, phonetic reinforcement, ear training to listen to Spanish, idioms, reading comprehension and specific vocabulary for your area of performance, all through exercises of fictitious situations that are close to your work and daily life.
