About Lauren
Greetings! My name is Lauren Turner and I love intercultural communication. I am also a student of English, linguistics, Spanish, and cello at Liberty University. Three years ago, I was introduced to language teaching for the first time. Since then, I have developed a profound passion for seeing people grow in understanding through language. Because of this, I am quite the linguistic book nerd and pursue language understanding everyday. People have an exceptional intrinsic value. Because of this, my students are more than students. They are and will become individuals with a rare balance of passion and excellence.

As a linguist, my passion is to see you grow in understanding of the English language and your native language. I teach all levels of English and all I require is a willing spirit to learn. As a teacher and mentor, all English lessons are tailored to fit your needs, talents, and interests. English lessons are well-balanced to improve conversational ability, grammatical understanding, and accent awareness. Trial lessons will be scheduled with prospective students to set goals and determine needs to develop curriculum. Know, you are more than a student; you are a person with value and dreams.
