I personally tailor my approach and teaching style to what my student needs at the moment. Fitting the pace, teaching methods, and activities to the learners' needs. I juggle to what the students want as long as we end up learning, and I don't stick to the typical method.
I actually prefer not to follow a boring book; games or free talking is much more fun.
I can teach kids, teens, university students, and adults.
