About Iradj
I should begin by saying that I learned English as a second language, at an early age, so, I can relate to the non-English speakers. I'm very well traveled, and been to many countries, therefore, I accept multiculturalism very well.

I am capable of adjusting my lesson plans with the background and level of the learners I'm working with. For the total beginners, I teach basic vocabulary, and grammar, and with the more advanced students, I work on pronunciation, listening, in addition to reviewing the grammar and reading with them.
