About Paris
Hello everyone. My name is George (a.k.a. Paris). I'm a native English-speaking tutor with 14 years of experience. I've lived in Panama for 16 years, immersing myself in the culture. I've picked up some nuances of the Spanish language. I know Spanish well enough to approach teaching English to native Spanish speakers. I can also speak the language, though not perfectly. I teach various levels, ranging from basic (A2) to advanced (C2). I'm experienced in giving one-on-one lessons to elementary, high school, and university students.
To get my students speaking, I use a communicative approach in the target language. I'm very patient, organized, goal-oriented, and flexible to my students' needs. In addition to a textbook, I use other resources to keep the class interesting, such as memory games, music, creative activities, and videos.
