About Nadirah
I began my tutoring career by tutoring younger siblings during my younger years, as I grew up in a homeschooled household. I was a voracious reader from a young age and minored in English during my college years. While in college, I provided tutoring for fellow students. I believe in guiding students to reach their own conclusions and corrections within their essays.

I've tutored in the past to help high school, and college students better relay the content of their essays, and break down the thought processes behind their thesis.
I'm interested in helping with grammar, and essay structure as well. My teaching style is content is student-focused and will help students to annotate(MLA, APA).
I provide gentle correction and will never use abrasive rhetoric or sarcasm to redirect students. My goal is to help students write in their authentic voice and take ownership of their thinking.
