About Caleb
I have been tutoring on a different platform since January 2023 (about 9 months of experience tutoring online). I primarily tutor kids aged 5-13 but I also have experience working with older teens and adults.
Additionally, to showcase my proficiency in English aside from being a native speaker, I'm a published author and I have written several award-winning articles.
I also understand what it is like to learn English as a second language, as I learned Mandarin Chinese from middle school until university. I'm fluent in it now but understand the challenge it takes to learn a second language.
I'm an online university student with a passion for sustainability, marine life, and I have a deep love for learning. I frequently travel to different countries to experience different cultures and learn about their unique environments. So far, I've been to 12 countries (5 continents) but my goal is to visit 50 countries and all 7 continents. Through traveling, I've learned about different cultures which has helped me to connect with more people around the world.

Depending on your needs, we'll choose what to focus on. Be it vocabulary, grammar, phonetics, speaking, listening, reading articles, presenting PowerPoints, or writing essays, I'm here to help.
I strive to have as much fun with my students as possible by bringing their own interests into our conversations when practicing English and by maintaining a fun attitude. I'd love to hear what makes your heart beat so we can include that in our sessions.
