About Ruby

I am a recent College Graduate with a degree in Sociology. I have worked with students of all ages and grades, from kindergarten to college level. I have led a classroom of up to 40 students and have over 4 years of experience tutoring and advising students one on one. I have been able to successfully tutor ESL student, student veterans, students with learning disabilities, and even students who have failed a class multiple times and really need someone who can adapt to their specific learning style.

About the lesson

My teaching method is very diverse and based on helping my students fully understand concepts without overwhelming them. I am very patient and understand that everyone may learn differently and I am always willing to find which method works, from practice and repetition to practice quizzes and memorization and more.
