About Tom
I'm a dynamic, fun, supportive educator who has traveled throughout much of the Spanish-speaking world, living in Venezuela. I spent 25 years teaching elementary students in Spanish and in English. I worked with people from different Spanish-speaking countries, offering me many opportunities to learn different variants of Spanish. I've tutored and taught privately in Spanish to high school students and adults.

I want you conversing from Moment One. I've created my own lessons in Spanish that range from basic vocabulary that you will use every lesson up to more sophisticated vocabulary. 1/3-1/2 of every lesson will introduce vocabulary, then converse, using the new and previously-learned vocabulary.
I not only speak, write, and read in Spanish, I'm familiar with vocabulary that will allow you to travel ANYWHERE in the Spanish-speaking world and speak with confidence. My lessons are geared for the first-time learner all the way to a student with more advancedvocabulary.
