About Zizi
I am passionate about fitness; hence I am enrolled in a fitness course. Fitness teaches you patience, discipline, and it's wonderful for mental health. I strength train 4 times a week, then do full cardio once a week, and I have been training for over 5 years now. With time, I have also learned how to meal prep in a way that supports my fitness goals.

Since I do not own a fitness facility or center my lessons will be online, maintaining contact with clients through whichever online platform they prefer. I want to encourage clients to view fitness as a lifestyle instead of a quick fix.
