Hello, I'm Kalpesh.
I am a technology leader, enterprise architect, and software engineering professional with more than 25 years of experience designing, developing, and leading large-scale technology solutions across healthcare, education, publishing, retail, and digital commerce industries.
Throughout my career, I have held leadership positions ranging from Software Engineer and Solution Architect to Senior Director, leading teams of engineers, architects, analysts, and developers while delivering enterprise platforms used by millions of users and supporting organizations with revenues ranging from hundreds of millions to billions of dollars.
I hold a Master of Computer Applications (MCA) degree with distinction and have extensive hands-on experience in Java, Spring Boot, APIs, Microservices, AWS Cloud, Data Engineering, Integration Architecture, System Design, and Enterprise Architecture.
My professional experience allows me to bring real-world knowledge into every lesson. Rather than focusing solely on academic theory, I help students understand how technologies are applied in actual business environments, how software systems are designed and scaled, and what employers expect from technology professionals.

My teaching philosophy is simple: learning should be practical, structured, and directly connected to real-world application. With more than 25 years of experience as a Software Engineering Leader, Enterprise Architect, and Technology Executive, I help students understand not only how a technology works, but also why it is used and how it solves business problems in professional environments.
My teaching approach combines theory, hands-on exercises, industry examples, and guided problem-solving. Rather than relying on memorization, I focus on building a strong foundation and helping students develop critical thinking and confidence. I encourage questions and adapt each session to the student's learning style, pace, and goals.
A typical lesson begins with understanding the student's current knowledge level and objectives. We then review key concepts, work through practical examples, solve real-world problems, and finish with exercises or assignments to reinforce learning. For interview preparation and career coaching sessions, we also cover industry expectations, communication skills, architecture discussions, and problem-solving techniques used by leading technology organizations.
What sets me apart is my extensive industry experience. I have spent over two decades designing enterprise-scale systems, leading engineering teams, delivering cloud and integration platforms, and mentoring developers, architects, and technology professionals.
