About Michael

I help university students, graduates, and professionals understand business, sales, and commercial concepts by connecting real-world experience with practical learning.

With 15+ years of experience across B2B sales, technology, and enterprise business, I have worked for and alongside global organizations including Procter & Gamble, Oracle, and Gartner. This has given me firsthand insight into how successful organizations operate — from understanding customers and markets to building relationships, negotiating effectively, communicating clearly, and solving complex business challenges.

Throughout my career, I have coached colleagues, supported customers, delivered presentations, and explained complex ideas to people with different levels of experience. My approach is practical and focused on breaking concepts down clearly, using real examples, and helping people build confidence.

Outside of work, I enjoy learning about history, technology, psychology, and what drives people and organizations. I have also trained in Muay Thai for many years, which has reinforced the importance of discipline, patience, humility, and continuous improvement through practice and feedback.
