About Mario
I am a passionate and enthusiastic scientist with experience providing tailored tutoring to high-level and college students. I have a master’s in Physics and Astrophysics and a PhD in Particle Physics. I have worked as a researcher at the University of Sussex, where I mentored and taught talented undergraduate and postgraduate students in Physics and Maths. I am also Italian, so I would be happy to provide my lessons in Italian if preferred.

My tutoring methodology involves understanding your needs, working together to devise a plan to achieve the set goals, and tailoring the teaching to support and achieve your aims.
I provide 1-to-1 tutoring in Maths, Physics, and programming at A levels, IB Higher Level / Standard Level, and University Level. I will work with you, at your pace, to lead you to the answers and make sure that you have absorbed the material.

Mario excels at explaining complex ideas in more simple terms that make concepts easier to understand. He is patient and listens if you don’t understand before moving on to new topics. If you don’t understand, he is able to reword problems to makes changes during his lessons to ensure a concept is understood. If more time is needed, he is flexible and understanding.
