I have been doing dance for weight loss and for my stress relief dance make us realise that there are no rules in doing anything. You can do whatever you want you’re free. Dance has its own benefit you’ll realise them with your experience. Let’s do it together and make ourselves enjoy our life and become our own rulers for at least a moment.
