About Rekha

Hello students!!!! This is Rekha. I am an Indian by nationality but settled in the US. I have 8 years of teaching experience ranging from elementary school to college. I am a Post Graduate in Biotechnology and a trained teacher. I am CELTA certified as well. I am inquisitive and fun-loving like you. Science is my breath of fresh air and I love the subject immensely. I could say that "I eat, drink and sleep Science". I love to update myself with the latest science inventions. Reading and travel are my hobbies. Students had been my inspiration and joy and I am greedy about it. So hope to meet all of you soon and let's learn together...

About the lesson

Time to come out of the rote learning practice with me, Ms.Rekha!!!! My typical class with be based on research, class discussion, finding new facts, and watching interesting videos about Science. I will not be depending on a class journal or set notes. I love to hear new facts from you and we will have an interactive class. I don't believe in exams, but love to test you with some interesting science games. I will be available to help you with any doubts. Feel free to talk to me because I was talking to students like you for the past 8 years and I love it immensely. I believe in learning with you rather than drilling you facts. I've been privileged to teach from elementary school to college. I'm sure that my rich experience and subject knowledge will help me co-ordinate and help you. Let's learn together soon.
