About Noelle

I am a French tutor who loves the language and wants to make it accessible to everyone. I know learning a new language is hard work, but it is also very rewarding, and I am here to make it easier for you. My teaching style is enthusiastic and patient, with clear explanations. I have spent time in French culture, so I can share the little tips and tricks that you don't get in school.

I specialise in helping students feel brave enough to speak, moving past the worry of getting the grammar wrong. I have helped learners of all ages become fluent and do well in their exams. We will work together to find the best way for you to learn, making sure our sessions are useful and fun. I am here to be your guide to the French language.

My mission is to help you find the joy in speaking a second language. I feel very proud when I hear my students having natural conversations in French. I am dedicated to your success and look forward to helping you learn. Let’s start this language journey together.

About the lesson

My way of teaching French is designed to make the language feel simple and logical. I focus on getting you to speak and listen right from the start, rather than just reading from a book. We will tackle the hard parts of French pronunciation—like those silent letters—so that people can understand you clearly. My lessons are organised by topic, helping you learn the words you need to talk about real things confidently.

We will practise building sentences correctly, learning tenses and grammar without making it too complicated. I believe in using real French materials like news, music, and stories to show you how the language is actually used. We will role-play real-life situations to get you ready for travel or work. I tailor my teaching to fit your specific goals, whether you want to pass an exam or just chat with friends.

I am very committed to helping students who feel lost when French speakers talk fast. I will teach you how to listen for key words so you can follow the conversation. We will also explore French culture to make learning more meaningful. By creating a supportive space where mistakes are okay, I encourage you to try speaking without fear. My goal is to help French become a natural way for you to express yourself.
