About Danielle
I am a qualified QCF assessor with NVQ Level 2 and 3 in health and social care, along with a level 3 TAQA Award. I am currently supporting 25+ people to achieve their qualification in order to become registered health and social care workers. I have had a maximum of 50 learners on my caseload. I also have a BSc in Psychology which comes in handy!!
I have had 3 years experience as a domiciliary carer, live in carer and a year as a personal assistant to an elderly family member.
I am also experienced in delivering key skills maths, English and digital literacy in order to achieve a GCSE Equivalent qualification in these 3 areas.

In my current job, my learners qualifications are learner led. I like to keep this concept in order for learners to recognise their own strengths and weaknesses, whilst fitting their learning around their life style. Nothing worse than juggling kids, working fulltime and trying to achieve greatness (all in a days work)
I will deliver lessons to anyone with a passion for health and social care whether it is for a health and social care degree, college course, a level or GCSE. Anyone who has time to learn, I have time to teach them.
Sessions are a minimum of an hour and will depend on how basic or in depth the learner requires me to go into.
I am a very laidback, easy going, friendly and bubbly woman but I know when it's time to be firm.
