About Lachlan
With 8 years of experience in violin teaching, I have worked with students from different backgrounds and learning levels, including beginners and advanced learners. I teach school students, college learners, and working professionals, helping them improve step by step. My teaching philosophy focuses on understanding each student’s learning style and guiding them with patience.
I believe that learning violin should be simple, clear, and engaging. I begin with strong basics such as posture, bowing technique, rhythm, and note reading, and then gradually introduce advanced lessons. I also include exercises that improve coordination, tone, and consistency.
I have successfully taught more than 150 students, many of whom have gained confidence and improved their playing skills. I maintain a positive and supportive learning environment. My aim is to make violin learning smooth and enjoyable.

I believe violin learning should be simple, structured, and meaningful. My teaching approach includes real-life examples and case studies that make concepts easy to understand and apply. This helps students learn faster and remember better.
I focus on strong basics such as posture, bowing techniques, scales, and finger coordination. I teach patiently and ensure that students fully understand each concept before moving to advanced levels.
I maintain open communication and create a friendly learning environment. Students can ask questions without hesitation, and I guide them with clear instructions and regular feedback.
Integrity is a core part of my teaching. I stay honest, supportive, and dedicated to each student’s progress. Along with violin, I also teach music theory, rhythm training, ear training, and sight reading.
