About Matthew
I have been tutoring students for the past 3 months, currently, I am tutoring two students in; AS Level Biology, AS Chemistry and GCSE Biology.
On top of this I also regularly teach Masters and undergraduate students in my research lab.

I am an enthusiastic individual that enjoys all aspects of science, one of my main beliefs is that learning in Science should always be enjoyable! At any academic level if the subject is enjoyed it leads to better exam results.
I am currently working actively in science, performing research at the University of Kent as a PhD student studying Biochemistry and Microbiology. This role alongside my research requires me to teach Bachelors and Masters students practical and theoretical science on a daily basis. Prior to this, I achieved a Distinction in Molecular Microbiology (MSc) and a 2:1 in Microbiology (BSc) from Nottingham Trent University.
These teaching experiences have taught me that every student has a different way of learning and I am able to tailor lessons to suit each students learning style. I am willing to teach students of all abilities.
