About Aisha
I discovered my passion for learning while I was completing my A-Levels, thanks to a couple of inspiring teachers. I came to love the logic and rational thinking that applies to everything in Mathematics, and I hope I can help more people see its beauty. Having recently passed through the education system myself, I understand the pressures students face, and I am keen to aid students in expanding their subject knowledge and increasing their confidence. I achieved an A* in A-Level Maths and I am now currently studying BSc Econometrics (in which we also cover modules such as Advanced Mathematics) at The University of Manchester :-)

I understand that each student has a different way of comprehending new material and a different pace of studying. That's why each time I start tutoring a new student, I discuss with them what suits them best. Typically I start with some theory revision and then move on to various examples that best illustrate the material being studied. By watching how the student copes with the examples, I can see which areas are well understood and which need more emphasis. I think that encouraging learning comprises of the support of family and friends, as well as enjoying the subject and not stressing too much over exams.
