About Andraya

I have 4 years of experience working as a self-employed individual working closely with a network of other successful entrepreneurs. I also have a degree in Human Services which taught me a lot about working with people. I have 6 years of experience working with children which developed in me a great level of patience and love for learning.

About the lesson

I love to ask questions to accurately understand my students' goals and current abilities/trajectories before offering advice - this is to ensure I'm giving the most relevant advice that can add the most value to our tutoring session. The sessions are not about me, but about you! I value empowering confidence, so I will usually share positive things I notice that I think you should keep doing. However, my encouraging approach will not compromise the objectives we agree to in our first sessions, and I won't be shy to talk about gaps I identify in helping you move forward. I believe your time and mine is valuable, so I won't waste it by giving you fluff. I don't want you to ever feel that you have to guess what I mean. I value clear communication. So I will share with you empowering and uplifting thoughts as well as clearly identify potential gaps for you to be the most successful you can be at identifying and achieving your goals.

I’ve known Andraya for a number of years now and one thing I can say about her is that she is dedicated. Her passion for life is inspiring and her goals are clear. She has a special gift for finding core values and a rich set of problem solving skills to find solutions. When she invests herself into something she really gives it her all. Above all she is kind, loving and patient. She will sit down with you and go over all the details providing advice, and support until you find out what solutions might be best for you.

She is passionate about helping people find their calling in life. She has spent countless hours behind the scenes preparing and equipping herself with the skills needed to be an effective leader, friend and life coach. That is why I would not only recommend her but go a step further to say that this is her calling in life. I trust that she will bring Insight, hope and happiness to you and many others.
