About Ellie
Since graduating from the University of Southampton and beginning work as a full-time employee, the lack of climate and environmental understanding amongst society became apparent. Yet, this is a global issue in desperate need of widespread awareness, which led me to tutoring. The forthcoming climate science GCSE can not come soon enough and my aim is to support young people to be engaged in this topic and maintain their interest, despite the career path they choose to take after formal education as environmental issues cover a range of subject areas, including science, geography, politics, economics and law.

As an experienced professional in youth work, an advocate for environmental awareness and a recent Russel Group university graduate, I will bring enthusiasm, a friendly face and a wealth of knowledge to every lesson.
If there was one rule for my lessons, it would be to ask as many questions as possible about climate/environmental science and the intersection with other subjects.
Lessons can be tailored to suit your best learning technique. We can identify your preferred method of learning at your first lesson :). Session length can vary from 30 minutes to an hour. If you have an upcoming exam or project then a longer revision session can be scheduled upon request.
