About Yashica
I am an 18-year-old college student engaged in multiple courses and activities and realized the necessity of peace. Hence, trained and became an affluent yoga trainer of my batch so as to gain control over my mind and understand my body better. I can now heal myself, hype myself up, be calm and composed under extremely stressful situations and carry out my daily activities effectively. I can now listen to my body and wish to preach the same to my students. People wish to learn yoga for multiple reasons like control, strength, flexibility, but Yoga will also provide peace and discipline over and above everything you wish to achieve. Students, Teachers, Professors, Professionals, Employers are stuck in the 9-5 loop and by dedicating 1 hr can notice increased level of energy and dopamine rather than sulking throughout their day.
